These terms cover your use of proproplabs.com and, when it opens, the ProPropLabs service. By using the site you agree to them.

What ProPropLabs is

ProPropLabs is a sports analytics tool. We are not a sportsbook: we take no wagers, hold no money, and don't place bets for anyone. Everything we publish is information, not betting, financial or legal advice.

No guarantees

No tool wins every bet. Our numbers are estimates built from data that can be late, incomplete or wrong, and lines move. You decide what, if anything, to bet, and you're responsible for the results. Only bet what you can afford to lose.

Who can use it

• You must be 21 or older.
• Only use ProPropLabs where sports betting is legal for you, and follow the laws where you are.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist doesn't create a subscription or charge you anything. We'll email you when checkout opens, and you can ask us to remove you at any time.

Our content

The site, its scores and its write-ups belong to ProPropLabs. Please don't copy, resell or scrape them.

Responsible gaming

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, ProPropLabs isn't liable for losses from using it, including betting losses.
