Privacy policy

What we collect

• When you join the waitlist: your email, your confirmation that you're 21 or older, and anything optional you choose to tell us (the books and pick'em apps you use, how you heard about us).
• Where you came from: campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM tags), the site that sent you, and the page you landed on.
• Site visits: Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.
• Bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile checks your browser and IP address to tell people from bots.

Why

To email you when checkout opens, to understand how much interest there is and where it comes from, and to keep bots out.

Who handles it

Your sign-up is stored in a database run by Supabase in the United States. The site is hosted by Vercel, and the bot check is run by Cloudflare. When someone joins, we get a notice in a private Discord channel that shows only a masked email (for example m•••@gmail.com). We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it for the reasons above.

Your choices

Email hello@proproplabs.com to see, correct or delete what we have about you, or to leave the waitlist. Every email we send has a way to opt out.

Age

ProPropLabs is for people 21 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top says when.
